Paying by Counter deposit /Transfer funds
CAMLO LANKA TOURS (PVT) LTD has an account with Commercial Bank PLC through which you can easily pay counter deposit OR transfer funds. CAMLO LANKA TOURS (PVT) LTD does not add any bank surcharges.
Pricing
Prices and availability of products are subject to change after expiry of price validity period. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in product, pricing or offers is subject to correction. The prices on our site are including taxes.
Canceling an Order
You can cancel an order prior to processing by phone call or e-mail. Usually we process your order/tour within 24 hours after receipt. Your payment will be reimbursed by us after receipt of your cancellation. After processing your order it cannot be cancelled anymore.
Returns money due to cancellation
We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction on all products (tour plan). If you are not satisfied before to start processing to your tour package (before 24 hours), we will refund the amount of your purchase or replace the tour. You should notify us of your wish to cancel the tour within 24 hours after receipt.

- Contact us within 24 hours after receipt of your tour to request a return authorization.
- Let us know why you are cancel the tour.
- Specify whether you want a refund or a replacement.
- Give us your e-mail address or phone no. in case we have questions.
